• Booking details such as restaurant, date, time, party size, booking fee, discount, and booking status.
• Saved or favorite restaurants.
• QPay payment references such as invoice and payment identifiers.
• eBarimt or tax receipt data where required.
• Crash and error diagnostics through Sentry.
• Optional location permission if you enable map or directions features.

How we use information

We use this information to provide restaurant discovery, bookings, payment status, vouchers, customer support, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service reliability.

Dorjo does not store full card details. Dorjo does not sell user data.

Restaurants can only access booking details needed for their own restaurant.

Deletion and retention

Users can delete their account inside the Dorjo app. Deletion removes or anonymizes account data where possible.

Some booking, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal records may be retained where required.
