Bookings and offers

A booking fee is paid to unlock a voucher or dining offer. Discounts apply to food only unless stated otherwise. Drinks and beverages are excluded unless the restaurant offer clearly says otherwise.

One beverage per diner may be required by the restaurant offer conditions.

Cancellation policy

Booking fees are non-refundable after payment for customer cancellation, late arrival, no-show, change of mind, or failure to follow offer conditions.

Pending unpaid bookings may expire automatically.

If Dorjo or the restaurant cannot honor a confirmed booking, please contact support at dorjo.support@gmail.com. This policy does not limit any rights required by law.

Fair use

Users must not abuse voucher, QR, payment, or redemption systems. Dorjo may restrict accounts or bookings where fraud, misuse, or security risk is detected.
